With its unique proximity to downtown Denver, Denver International Airport, and other major employment centers, Commerce City is becoming the epicenter of regional expansion. Easy access to I70, I76, Highways 2 and 85, and the E470 beltway makes this area a convenient commute to almost anywhere in the northern metro area.

Buffalo Run Golf Course
In partnership with area landowners, the City developed the Keith Foster designed Buffalo Run Golf Course, which has garnered local and national recognition. Named four years running as one of Golf Digest's Places to Play, Buffalo Run continues to gain praise from local golfers.

Parks, Trails, and Open Space
Commerce City is adjacent to one of the nation's largest urban space reserves, the 10,000 acre Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge.
